Diane specializes in working with investor groups & startups. Her breadth of prior experiences in leadership, recruiting, and account management has proven invaluable to help teams grow. Available as an individual contributor & strategy senior roles, Diane lives at the North end of Lake Washington in Seattle.
With a background in sales and marketing before she was a recruiter, Diane leads the charge in forming teams, scaling and leadership. She loves Her unrelenting ability to improve programmatic practices, develop efficient workflows, and at times, employ unconventional tactics.
Diane holds a Bachelors in communication marketing, and has three additional certifications in recruiting. Two with AIRS (CIR and PRC) and one certification in Behavioral Interviews (CBI).
Along with My Talent Partners she past President of the Board for Northwest Recruiters Association leading 10 board members in recruiting and talent acquisition.
When she's not leading the charge in recruiting, Diane is skiing with PSIA, paddling through white water, or surfing in the Pacific Northwest.
Grace loves recruiting in healthcare. Her fluency in Filipino helps her relate to front line workers. Grace comes from a leadership role in hospitality, giving her extraordinary soft skills with a wonderful results with our clients.
Living in the city of Seattle, Grace is available for onsite in Seattle area, or remote roles. She holds a Bachelors in Sociology from University ff Washington.
When she is not recruiting Grace loves hiking and is from a extreamly active tennis family.
Technical & Project Management
With a background as a project manager consultant for Microsoft, Juliann brings PM experience to recruiting. Her intelligence and skills make her an amazing consultant.
Her education is in Psychology (from Cal State Poly) , Juliann currently is available for nation-wide roles, and is a traveling consultant. When she isn't on assignment she lives in Alaska. She is an avid back country skier and white water paddler.
